I have a (non-shippable) product that includes a Pay Per Node feature, allowing the user to create one node of a specific content-type.

I add this product to my cart, and check-out (with the Test Gateway). Then I manually set the order status to "Completed".

However, the number of "Purchased" nodes is not incremented. And I do not have the corresponding "Add content" link.

Any idea what I'm missing? (At least I'm assuming it to be a configuration issue rather than a bug...)

No roles have permission to create this content-type directly (and I'm not logged in as user 1.) And if I manually increase the number of purchased nodes, than the corresponding "Add content" link appears.

Rules were cached, so the necessary Pay Per Node rule was inactive. All seems OK now.
