Can't edit alias page. Edit tab missing after site migration.

Not sure it is a Pathologic issue..

Symptom:
1. Can't edit alias named pages. Can edit the node/<*> pages.
2. Blocks configured to be shown on an aliased page, don't show.

Workaround:
For #1: Delete extension .html in all aliases on page admin/config/search/path .
For #2: Find all blocks configured to show on an aliased page and delete the .html extension....

I don't know how the .html extension got there.... I did migrate the site back and forth from BlueHost server to XAMPP on laptop.
