Hi,
in my Filtered HTML content I have links with the following relative path href="/?q=drupal/sites/default/files/xxxx.pdf" target="_blank".....
I would like to remove "/?q=drupal" from those links. My Clean URL is disabled.
Under "Administration » Configuration » Content authoring » Text formats » Filtered HTML » Correct URLs with Pathologic" I select "Path relative to server root (/foo/bar)" and add the following in the "All base paths for this site":
/?q=drupal
Nothing changes, the content keeps being href="/?q=drupal/sites/default/files/xxxx.pdf" target="_blank"..
What is wrong? Am I misunderstanding how to use Pathologic, is it a bug?
Thank you in advance for your support.

Garrett Albright commentedfaustoff, recent releases of Pathologic have improved how Pathologic deals with files on sites with clean URLs enabled. Are you still having this problem?
