Domain / i18n unaware: missing alias

I have a multi-domain setup with Domain Access module, in which case the domains are translations of each other using the i18n modules.

Problem: pathologic rewrites urls to main domain only and breaks Url Alias.
Example: internal:node/20 is a translation of node/12, it should point to domain.fr/Content-Alias/20, but instead it points to domain.com/node/20

So the problems are:
- points to wrong domain, (can be fixed by adding "also considered local" links)
- does not find "Alias", which of course exists as normal

This problem did not exist in the 6.x series!
