URL Aliases with ? & = Included

Hey there,

I am trying to add [uid] into the URL automatically when creating a node.

I would like something like this : www.google.com/test?uid=4

However URL alias keep changing it to www.google.com/test%3Fuid%3D4

Reason for it to be with ? is that I can then use the %get[uid] on my side bar webform to get the UID of that node.

Would it be possible? I tried using Token replace which doesnt help.
