Not sure what would cause this, but paths with the [bookpath-raw] token are no longer being made lowercase or with a separator for spaces? Has anyone else experienced this?

Grr, Pathauto doesn't apply *any* formatting to any tokens that end in url|path|alias or either of those words plus '-raw'. I'd highly recommend using [bookpathalias-raw]/[title-raw].

Looks like [bookpathalias-raw] is only available in the Pathauto 6.x-2.0 branch?

No it's definitely available in 6.x-1.4 as well.

Moving this back to Pathauto as we fixed it with #881270: [bookpath], [menupath], [*path] tokens not cleaned: aliases without punctuation removed, lower casing, etc.. My apologies about this bug, no one encountered it during testing.
