Going straight to RTBC is bad form, but this is a simple one..

Several (read: all) of the files in pathauto have broken or missing $Id$ tags, trailing ?>s, or missing newlines at end of file.
Here's a patch against HEAD.

Applied to HEAD and 4.7 - thanks, bdragon!

The patch didn't apply cleanly on pathauto.module so I tried to perform the changes manually. Also, I got lots of messages about dropping CR from patches so if the changes aren't implemented exactly as you had hoped just let me know or provide another patch and I'll see about fixing it.
