Unable to create 'help' path

Hi,

I have the module set up and working fine, but for some reason I cannot get the www.mysite.com/help link to alias properly. This is a page linked from /node/213

I get the following message:
"Page not found"
"The requested page could not be found"

Any particular reason that this doesnt work...am I missing something really obvious?
