New taxonomy names not made in either taxonomy/term url or urlalias

Hi,

I have this bug that has appeared on my Drupal 5.16 site.

When I add new taxonomy words no taxonomy url link or url alias is created.

I have over 600 taxonomy terms in that vocabulary.

I have used this for the category path settings:
[vocab-raw]/[catpath-raw]

And it has worked until now. But suddenly it does not work at all.

There are no errorcodes, but I can add the news tags to content but the url is in /taxonomy/term/602 format. And when I click on it the link is not there.

I have to add the url alias by hand and it's quite annoying :/
