Bugged when pressing "continue" button

I used drupal 7 with php version 5.5
I created few breadcrumbs on my site several days ago and when I tried create new path breadcrumb and wroted definition and path. Then when I pressed continue button I had just white screen. And breadcrumb doesn't created.
I don't have any errors in recent log messages
I can create path breadcrumbs by coping export code of my old breadcrumbs and using import button and then edit this code as for my needs.
