When adding a new patch, these errrors show:

Same error with latest .dev version

I've suddenly started getting this exact same error. It happens when someone clicks on a taxonomy term to go to the list of that term. Then it triggers for every term on that page (so normally the 10 displayed).

Anyone come up with a solution?
