Test and document Paragraphs Type Permissions compatibility for permission handling

Problem/Motivation

Most of the permission handling should be done through Paragraphs Type Permissions (Paragraphs submodule).
This module should better document that on the module page and README.md and also should have tests to ensure they interact as expected.
