[PP-1] Add Paragraphs Library EB Replace button

Problem/Motivation

The Entity Browser will soon support a replace button which would be the most common action for a library item.

Proposed resolution

We should update the default configuration of the Paragraphs Library reference widget / Entity Browser to display the Replace button.

IMHO we can even drop the Remove button. If you don't want a library item, you drop the Paragraph, not the (required) reference.
