Got this error while the installation:

I did some research today and the problem here is that the Panopoly Apps server isn't providing this response code. It shouldn't create a ton of trouble of you, but should certainly be fixed.

This is fixed with #1790902: Handling Cases Where Last-Modified Isn't Available which has been added to Panopoly Core's makefile.
