For example i d like to add the counter of "page views" at the bottom of my panel and the "flag" link at the top.

Currently it seems that I can only add them together in the same pane.

Hmm. Currently there isn't a way to do that short of making a custom pane -- you could copy the node_links pane and do what it does, but prior to actually theming the links strip it down to just the ones you want. I can't think of any other solution.
