Hi,
after Upgrade to 6.x.3.3 i dont have any edit links on admin/build/panels.
I deinstall and downgrade to the last working Version and nothing happens :-(
After many hours of Try and Error ( install and deinstall all of my ca.30 Modules ) i found the "Mother" of this Error :-)

The Organic Groups Module ... when i deaktivate it ..... all is ok ( I have all the needed links on admin/build/panels)
whe in Try to aktivate the OG module ..... all links are gone... Strange !!!!!

need help :)

Did you upgrade CTools as the same time you upgraded Panels?

hello,
yes i use Version 6.x.1.3 of CTools.
and without The organic Groups it works for me.

only when i aktivate the OG Module... it kills my panels.

same here. after clearing all caches my custom layout node variant was gone (ok in database, but node showed only title and there was nothing in panels content tab (between replacement patterns fieldset and update buttons)). I got it working again by disabling Organic groups Views integration module, Organic groups module was left on. After I got my panels back, i enabled Organic groups Views integration module and it works again. Maybe its caches/views issue? panels3.3/ctools1.3

update: yes, actually, OG module causes issue another update... same with OG module turned off :( I am loosing panels on pages when I clean all caches and only way to get them back working, is disabling a module.

My problem is maybe even worse, after running update.php my existing panels disappear, but also the site building menu no longer has panels in the list at all. Any more info on the problem? Is it simply a matter of disabling OG, running the update, and then re-enabling OG? Thanks for any help!

same problem here...after upgrading panels today I cannot access panels at all in admin and they have disappeared from website altogether! My site does not have OG, but does have Chaos tool suite enabled.
Please help...

#5 and #7 sounds symptomatic of updating Panels without also updating CTools.

I have no idea what the issue between Panels and OG might be.

This issue is about a version of Panels that's 4 revisions out of date. Does anyone know if these problems continue to persist?
