Created panel page as front page and using Three column 33/34/33 stacked layout wired things happens. If I add stuff to TOP area after update and save its moved to LEFT area. If I add stuff to left area, stuff gets added 2 times.

henrijs.seso commentedSame happens if I change layout to Flexible. Added top content and left content. Update and save. Added middle content. Update and save. Middle content moved to top, duplicated itself there (is showing 2 times) and previous top and left content is gone.
merlinofchaos commentedThere does appear to be some issues with 'update and save' right now. :/
Comment #3
henrijs.seso commentedDowngraded to 3.2, left ctools 1.3. PROBLEM GONE as it seems. So it appears its something with version 3.3.
@merlin all right mate, hope you can sort it out without loosing too much blood. Wish you luck and thanks for your great work!

ionchannels commentedYes, I'm seeing the same thing. I get around it by not using update and save, I use the old update method, followed by saving.
merlinofchaos commentedUpdate & Save is fixed in CVS.
recidive commentedDoesn't this deserves a new release. Panels is unusable without this patch.
recidive commentedOk, should I use the 6.x-3.x-dev version?
Panels 3.3 is destroying panels in a matter of adding content, sorting and saving a panel.

jp.stacey commentedI think it's only "update & save" that's having problems. If you click update, then wait, then click save separately, your configuration should be unharmed. That's the behaviour I get here on 3.3.
Not ideal but it should hopefully prevent you losing config.
