Automatically add CSS id to panes that display blocks

Would it be possible to automatically add a CSS ID of the form #panel-block-module-delta to each pane that displayed the contents of a block?

It is not a major issue, as we can always add the ID by hand, but it would be a nice-to-have in a case where you are setting up the panels on multiple sites, and you would like not to have to enter an ID for each block-based panel everytime you update a site.
