Just installed Panels for use with my user profiles, and realised when trying to customise or add panels, the UI just doesn't work. I have JavaScript enabled in both Firefox and Safari, both are the latest versions, and yet the drag and drop doesn't work, the show/hide buttons don't work, the remove buttons don't work, the add buttons don't work.. none of it works..
What's going on?

I'm using Garland theme as i'm testing to make sure everything will work before installing a custom theme.

Fixed by turning off Lightbox2
