Im trying to create a panel page which only the user it belongs to can see. So Ill create a page called userstats/% and then that page will show all the stats belonging to the user viewing. But I dont want aother users to have access to other users pages.

Is this possible?

Not from the interface, currently. It is something slated for user panels, though, whenever that gets done: http://blog.samboyer.org/content/user-panels-proposal
