Add a 'path' content type

The idea is simple: lots of modules provide stuff at paths, but don't play with views or blocks. To get that into a panel, you could find out the function and call that from a custom PHP panel item.
A 'path' content type makes this a little bit simpler: just set the title and the path.

This is totally obvious and yet not currently implemented, so I'm assuming there's a whopping security hole I can't see ;)
