Hi.

I don't know if it is possible while overriding a node with panels to add 5 star ratings or flags associated with that node to a panel.

I create my panel by adding, one by one, all CCK fields to the panel, but the links to the tags and the ratings are left behind. How can I add them?

You need to add another pane of the type "Node links" (or similar - or was it Node Meta Data?), which displays the links of the node.
