As the title says, i added syndicated feeds to the panels, now my problem is that I don't really know how to get these links to open in new tabs/windows rather than in the same one.

Any help?

Anyone with any info on how to customize the Syndicated Feeds under panels?

I'm not sure this is really a Panels issue so much as an issue that you need to modify whatever is providing the syndicated feeds (aggregator module maybe?)

Panels 2.x for Drupal 6 is now deprecated and has been removed. All issues against this version of Panels are being closed.
