Unsaved context causes error in modal window

1. Create a mini panel
2. Fill all data in and go to the "context" tab
3. Now add a "Required contexts"
4. Add one required context
5. Press save.
6. Add a second required context
7. Don't press "save"!!!
8. Reload the page
9. Click on "Configure this item" of the first created context.
10. In the modal popup you get an "error"

Damn... I tried this again and it is not reproducible... There must be a very small difference in the above action plan... the above is only from mind... I've got an error in modal window... i will try to repro again. Maybe I have some more luck.
