get this when i go to my account page in users/* just finished setting up panels with advanced profile with nodeprofile.

Have all the panels modules enabled except -nodes, -exporter, and -simple cache

removed "topics i've participated in" panel in advanced profile, now everything's aok. wasnt going to use it anyways.

I have the same error, same line. If I remove "topics Ive participated in" it doesn't help though.

Hmmm, this is an odd problem; the issue is with whether or not certain required contexts have been provided. However, for the problem to actually be systemic, I'd expect more people to have raised it. Are you sure you've set up the required contexts for advprofile as the instructions dictate?

How to fix it:

Go to Administer -> Panels -> Mini-Panels

and enable All About User(user_basics) panel.
