Some generic CSS classes would be useful for styling panels:

class="panel" for the containing DIV that holds an entire panel
class="panel-area" for each area of a panel

Panels 1 isn't getting new work, but this is a useful request for Panels 2, so upgrading.

Due to naming reasons in Panels 2 (things are named differently than in Panels 1) this has been checked into Panels 2 but the classes are 'panel-display' and 'panel-panel'.
