Hi,

We take our Prod website, create a dev from that prod (database and files import) and then we run install.php.

Dev site is up an running tho when I tried in Panels to Add Content -> Views, the new view I create is not listed but all the "old" one from the prod webiste are still there and available.

I made a simple test views without argement and tried to add it in a simple Panels (witout context) and still the view isnt listed.

So what am wondering is could it be a read/write permission settings on my server? or something wrongly set in my database?

is my next step should be to uninstall Panels and reinstall it?

Make sure the panel you're using does not have unsaved changes; available content is cached at that time (because calculating available content can be slow) and that can cause new content to not appear to be available until your unsaved changes are saved or discarded.

hi thanks for your answer. I thought of that too but I tested it on multiple panel page and the new view is never listed... I even cleared cache too and run cron to be sure.

I guess I will try the uninstall and reinstall.

just in case it happen to someone else....

finally it was a right in the database that wasnt set to "All right" for my database user
