The following updates returned messages
panels module:
Update #7300
Changed the panels_display.layout field to the correct size.
Update #7301
Added panels_pane.lock field.

Those are mensajes in the admin report:

2-Clave del tema "panels_flexible" no encontrada.

4-Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() en tf_views_views_query_alter() (línea 21 de /home/ftovfufn/public_html/taller/ntgs/drupal/sites/all/modules/tf_views/tf_views.module).

Could you say me if I have to do some thing else? or what I did wrong?

I can't read all of that since it's not in English, but I see nothing wrong with regard to Panels. If my guess at the language, spanish, and google's translation is correct, it just means that "theme keys" are missin. This is normally solved by a simple cache clear after the update.

The error messages seems to be coming from the module tf_views, not panels.

I would post it to tf_views queue as well. It's possible that the warnings have consequences, though I can't tell without knowing how that module works.
