I just began using this, and I must say: AWESOME! I'm really having fun with Panels (and related modules), and I'm finding it so much easier to build the site I want through Drupal (version 7). However, I have encountered a problem. I'm not sure if it's just me not clicking the right links during editing or if it's a bug in the software. I'm also not sure if my terms will be entirely correct. I'll try to be clear, anyway...

The problem: I was able to click a button that allowed me to adjust the general layout on-the-fly. For example, I could split a MIDDLE panel into LEFT and RIGHT, vice versa, and even move panels to different places within the page. Click the button (display editor, or something like that), drag and drop, done. This button has disappeared, so I'm now stuck with whatever layout I choose as it's rendered. I can only enter or delete content or change the basics of the Panel page. It just suddenly stopped appearing.

Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug? Either way, can I do a fix on my end??

Man! Never mind!! My fault. I worked with the module and realized I was choosing panel pages that are NOT flexible. The thing works as designed.

Reminder to self: Choose FLEXIBLE content...
