Is there any way to make some more option for breaking the page using H1 , and using it as a page title?

I mean it's more to the automatic page title and link using Heading 1, and may be there an optional choice to use the heading1 as a page break

This is entirely different approach than what paging currently uses. Although possible, yet it'll be difficult to maintain within paging module because of various feature support. I think the table of contents can be made to integrate with paging in case you need a solution for this.
