crashes menu system on sites with lots of roles

the page_routes.options field is 255 chars

if your site has a lot of roles, then the serialized options for a page route, will overflow the 255 char limit

once this happens, all page_route menu's and access to the menu administration page, die

solution: increase page_routes.options field size
