Hello

Page Manager seems to fail install, and even then result in panels to fail to install as well, if it's installed prior to panels.

The correct order to install seems to be Panels, then Page Manager (and eventually Panelizer and others).

Should panels be added as dependency?
Or there's another impending fix?

Using 8x-4.0-beta2.
