Add setting for query parameter handling (in-/exclusion)

Problem/Motivation

I was wondering if paths using query parameters will be tracked currecntly, e.g. view filters or pagination.

Maybe we should add a setting to enable / disable it globally and then in-/exclude certain parameters that should (not) get tracked? (while others should (not). Typically you have both cases.
