Sample content uses filtered HTML but permissions to use not granted

Sample content #1858094: Ship Open Outreach with feature-specific sample content which is included as of version 1.3, is created with the new filtered HTML text format #2135459: Add Full HTML and Filtered HTML or Markdown text formats. However, permissions to use this text format have not been assigned, creating an issue for any one trying to edit unless using UID1 admin account.

Until this is fixed, you will need to assign permission for the administrator and editor roles to use the filtered HTML format.

With this permission in place, administrators and editors will have access to edit the body field and can switch to use a WYSIWYG text editor if desired.
