Scalepoints is not working?

I can't get OL+ Scalepoints to work in my drupal installation, Here's what I tried so far, I created a integer field named "field_number" and set it to OL + Scalepoints' Fields attributes. The markers are still at the same size even if I set the field_number. What am I doing wrong?
