OL+Blockswitcher+Theme Region+ Responsive Theme

HI,

I use a Responsive theme: Responsive Blog and addedd OL+Blockswitcher+Them Region (First Sidebar) but it doesn't works, always the blocks are in the drupal region and if i put 100% Openlayers map it hidde the block under him. With other themes i haven't any problem.

Anybody can helps me?
