title html element on toggle buttons shows ids

this bit of code in the maptext.js file adds the id's of all maptext blocks in the title field of the current toggle button.

      for(var x = 0; x < toggl_menu.length; x++){
        anchor_title = toggl_menu[x] + ',' + anchor_title;
      }

Whereas the anchor_title variable should hold the human readable title of the block (which is probably just toggleobject.buttonlabel )
