It seems any time I enable a module in the Open Atrium 2 distribution (I am only enabling modules downloaded with the distro - I am not updating individual modules) I lose the Radix menu bar and the theme breaks. I also lose the home page (receive a page not foind) message. This happened twice when attempting to enable the Address Field module and happened again when attempting to enable the Feeds UI module. This is on a fresh install of OA2 v 2.04
When this happens, I also receive a message regarding user permissions:
Notice: Undefined variable: oa_toolbar_class in include() (line 15 of /home/stagnito/public_html/intranet/profiles/openatrium/themes/oa_radix/templates/system/page.tpl.php).
Notice: Undefined variable: oa_toolbar_sticky in include() (line 15 of /home/stagnito/public_html/intranet/profiles/openatrium/themes/oa_radix/templates/system/page.tpl.php).
Open Atrium Radix is already installed.
The content access permissions need to be rebuilt. Rebuild permissions.
In previous attempts, I have clicked on the link to rebuild permissions (since I have not yet added users to the site) and when doing so, I get the white screen of death. Any advice?
