mpotter commentedWhy are you posting this to the OA Radix theme queue? You should post this to the Open Atrium project queue (moving it for you).
A "white page" usually indicates your PHP memory limit is too low. Be sure it is set to at least 256M. Since the Address Field module is not a normal part of the Open Atrium distribution, I can't really help much with it. Open Atrium is designed to work with GeoField/GeoCoder to handle addresses. Clearly the Address Field module is doing something with the permission system that is causing this and it might conflict with the node access in Open Atrium or Organic Groups so you'll be on your own for testing to ensure that your data privacy is Open Atrium is intact.

jcallanan commentedThanks for moving - I initially thought this was an issue with the OA Radix theme. I checked and you were right that I had set my PHP memory limit to 196M - so I increased it to 256M and reloaded the site - but still have the same issue. Any other thoughts?
On Address Field - I enabled it as it was downloaded with the distribution, so I thought it would coexist. I have not downloaded any additional modules.
