Argus commentedYou need to add both the section and space entityreference fields to your content type. Find those fields in the other content types as an example.
mpotter commentedThe preferred way is to create a new Section Type template for your new content type. This is explained in the Drupal Association webinar link on the main openatrium project page.
For existing sections, you can edit the section page and down at the bottom select the "Override" checkbox and then you can check the boxes for the additional content types you want to add.
Be sure your new content types have the og_group_ref and oa_section_ref fields as explained in the webinar.
(Written documentation on all of this should be added next week)

Brentnauer commented@Argus and @mpotter, I tried both of those things and while I have copied the field setup from another content type, it's still not showing me the sections within my group.
Here are the Access fields I have:

Here's the settings for the Groups Audience field:

Here's the settings for the Section field:

And here's the result I see when trying to edit a node of that content type:

In that last one, I expected to see a Schedule section (of the Calendar section type which I've added my content type to)... No luck so far.
Whatever I'm missing is probably pretty elementary, but I'm not seeing it.
Thanks for the help!

Brentnauer commentedBlargh, I'm an idiot and realized I had the wrong field type for the sections. Thought I'd added oa_section_ref to my content type but it was some other thing...
Thank you for your help!
