I'm trying to replicate what you have in the right sidebar here:

So far, I'm not able to even find how to make a page a child of another page. Am I missing something here? Documentation on how to actually USE this distro is pretty thin outside of the high level privacy settings.

I did, and found a better explanation here in the issues while searching for help on another problem I was having though. The documentation on the OA site wasn't very clear that it applied to document pages.

If any help is needed expanding the documentation, let me know and I'll be happy to help however I can.

Hi Brentnauer, I'm trying to do the same, i.e. to have a hierarchical menu with [+] and [-] icons for expanding / collapsing content in a hierarchy as on the Documentation site. You said in your post that you found a better explanation in the issue queue for replicating the Open Atrium 2.0 documentation site menu. Could you share it please as I haven't found a way to do it yet? Following the documentation i.e. http://docs.openatrium.com/documentation/how-add-menus adds menu items above and below the main horizontal navigation bar, which is not what I was looking for.
