kdmcguire commentedI don't have a solution, but I too have this problem pretty frequently.
mpotter commentedThis can happen if you are getting javascript errors on the site that is stopping some of the javascript that updates the header padding from running. Would also explain why your Filter bar is expanded (it is collapsed by default in javascript). Would also cause all drop-down menus to stop working (like the admin menu)
You'll need to open your browser debugger window and go to the Console tab and then re-load the page and look for any javascript errors.

Argus commentedI have seen this a few times, reloading the page always solved it. That makes it hard to reproduce. I can reproduce it on http://products.phase2technology.com/demo-space by just visiting that page.
See attached image.

mygnu commentedThanks for your input guys. It seems like something to do with Admin menu and chosen, cos whenever I log in as another user, the problem seems to disappear. following are the errors I found in admin and user mode.
Admin logged in

mpotter commentedThis is a bug in Firefox (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=707677). Please update to the latest version of Firefox to fix this.
mpotter commentedArgus: The products.phase2technology.com site was not running the latest version of Open Atrium yet. It was just updated so that should fix the problem there.
Argus commentedThanks. Btw I could reproduce it while using Chrome. I will check if it's fixed.
mpotter commentedIn #5 I was specifically referring to the "Use of getPreventDefault() is deprecated" error in #4, not to the original post.
cgove commentedThe top bar overlapping issues I was having have resolved in 2.04.
