after preparing the site for second language (French) and going to fr/node/add/oa-wiki-page one can see Créer Document Page on top of the page. But I found nowhere to translate the menu titles (+ sign menu)

I know in Drupal 6 you needed to add a module to translate menu items and block titles. Not sure about d7 though

Check the Command Button settings within admin/structure. Those are used to create the drop-down Create Content menu in Open Atrium. Since this is considered data changeable via config, it does not get passed through the t() function.

As I can see you have also localized your atrium installation.
Will you be so kind to see my issue https://drupal.org/node/2036413 (only the latest comments)and list me your the steps to localize or perhaps additional necessary modifications on the several views queries?

Note: I have localized this installation as I did before several times on other projects.

Edit2: In the meantime I have discovered the source of the error - But no remedy.
