When we moved the OpenAPI UI components out of this module in #2948570: Refactor doc module implementations, we lost all listing of the UI links from configuration pages. We need to recreate these pages.

I have decided to not create the landing pages at this time. I think those will be more valuable once more work is done on filtering in #2874891: Allow filtering doc pages per resource. I have decided its better to improve the downloads page, by converting it to a table and then adding links to the UIs alongside with the specifications links.

Additional information is also added to detail how to get uis.
