The API works great but i have a little problem with my sukerfish menu which goes under the chart.

Is there a way to implement a wmode:transparent in the embeded code?

I have the same problem on my corporate site. I ended up moving down the chart with a couple of breaks.
Not the best solution, but my menus were only 2 or 3 items so it wasn't too far. I'm not sure that this version of ofc can be pushed to the back.

OFCv2 handles the wmode in a better way.

Hopefully the new 6.x-3 branch will work for you. It does change the api quite a bit though.
I expect an official release in the next 4 months or so.
