Expand all menu items in the og menu

This issue is there only one day so far.
No need to bump it. This wastes time for all of us.
If you need urgent support, consider paying for it.

OG Menu tries to stick close to the functionality that the core menu module provides.
Case specific feature requests can not be implemented for that reason. This to avoid cluttering the logic behind the module.

A simple setting 'always expand' does seem to restrictive. A checkbox to expand on the node form may be a better idea.
You could make a module for this, I found some code here that does just that: http://www.hashbangcode.com/blog/drupal-7-expanded-menu-control-nodes-60...
No guarantees given that this will work fine, but it may be exactly what you need.

Closing though, this is beyond the scope.
