I have an organic group which has a menu and I want to display this menu as sub menu in the primary links
so when I edit the menu I edit the og menu and the changes will display as a sub menu in the primary links.

how can I do that??
Please any advice??

Short answer:

You cant.
There's no nice way to handle permissions in a subtree of a menu.

Bit longer answer:

You can always use menu_position module to "activate" certain menu links in the main menu, and display the OG menu as you'd normally do.
This way it will give the impression that it is a submenu. With some clever theming, it can actually look like a submenu
