I have a custom platform verified as o1. I can install sites on the platform and log in as user/1. None of the admin paths are available nor is node/add. It's as though I'm being served the anonymous pages instead of being recognized as an authenticated user with the exception of being able to edit the user profile. I apologize if this is a duplicate issue, but I couldn't find anything similar. To note, this is a new platform that does not have the ini files added yet.

You should try to add INI files to debug your problem, or check your browsers settings etc.

Interesting, the ini files were added last night. I allowed admin paths and node/add for anonymous users and it works. I don't know why it was blocking user/1 from those paths with that protection enabled.

It is designed to block everyone if there is no Drupal cookie detected, so it could be something really hard to track down remotely.
