voxpelli commentedAre you using the latest version of Services? You might need to use the dev-build even. For some reason the dependency of Services OAuth on OAuth was incorrect for a while - the module name of OAuth 3.x is "oauth_common" for historic reasons.
I think this is a duplicate of #1204566: Unable to update...requirement problem - the requirement issue went away when using the latest version of Services.
