Also: There are no plans to implement it. Notify is aims to be a simple and lightweight notification module, so there are many possible features that are not implemented.

Subscriptions is supposed to be a much more full-featured notification module. If you want this, I suggest you add your voice to those who want to see this feature in Subscriptions.
